My Story

Studying biology has been a lifelong passion and I qualified with a degree in Physiology, Sport Science & Nutrition in 2007 from The University of Glasgow. I worked in medical science for many years, initially running clinical trials for new cancer medications before starting my own clinical research company, Caritas Neuro Solutions in 2017.

I set out with the intention of building a company that would look after it's employees and along the way I learned more and more about what is required for humans to function to the best of their abilities and to live the happiest and most fulfilling life they can.

I learned the importance of uniting mind, body and spirit and developed the concept of corporate athleticism, both with a view to training myself to be a leading CEO in my industry, but also to ensure my staff were happy, healthy and productive.

I learned that training for a marathon is much the same as training to build a healthy business. And I learned that yoga is all encompassing.
